POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH  Township Ordinance §20-4 establishes the The Board of Health's powers and duties.  "The Board of Health shall serve without compensation for its services shall adopt such rules and regulations as it may deem necessary to govern its procedure and shall administer and enforce all health ordinances of the Township now in effect and shall adopt any other powers as may be granted to it by law and shall perform any duties as may be required by any statute of the State of New Jersey now in effect or which may hereafter be enacted."
