Purpose of the Department of Public Works

Township Ordinance §38-1 establishes the Department of Public Works' purpose.

The Department of Public works is responsible for the care and maintenance of streets, roads, avenues, public buildings and places, water and wastewater, solid waste, motor vehicles and other similar items related to the physical plant and infrastructure of the Township of Bethlehem.
